The Spam Laws of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
When learning about spam laws, one should familiarize themselves with the act that was signed in the year 2003 by the Former President of the United States, George W. Bush. The official name for the spam laws that are contained within the Act is called the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
