The Current State of Internet Law

One of the most popular legal topics surrounding today’s day and age has to do with the current state of the Internet laws that govern the world wide web. The Internet laws are such a huge topic of discussion because they have not been finalized yet. Many would argue that the state of the current Internet law has a long way to go. Many offer their opinions as to what the Internet law should reflect because they want to have a say in the developing stages of Internet law. The Spam Laws of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003

When learning about spam laws, one should familiarize themselves with the act that was signed in the year 2003 by the Former President of the United States, George W. Bush. The official name for the spam laws that are contained within the Act is called the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. That is the most popular reference abbreviation, but the full name of the set of spam laws is called the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing Act of 2003.
