One of the most popular legal topics surrounding today’s day and age has to do with the current state of the Internet laws that govern the world wide web. The Internet laws are such a huge topic of discussion because they have not been finalized yet. Many would argue that the state of the current Internet law has a long way to go. Many offer their opinions as to what the Internet law should reflect because they want to have a say in the developing stages of Internet law. They want us to reach a point in which the Internet laws are going to reflect the outcries of the people. So that would truly mean that the Internet law would be subject to, but not limited to everyone. We should have a certain level of freedom with the Internet laws, but we all long for the protection that Internet law can potentially possess. The Internet laws must speak to everyone in a fair manner. This is a very high goal, so as you could very well imagine, this kind of thing is going to take time. Many predict that it will be many years before the Internet laws are finalized, and we have reached a point where we are all clear on the governance of the Internet. Even when we do reach the point where Internet law has been finalized for this part of the century, there are still some that will never be completely satisfied with the restrictions that Internet law places on society.

1. The Internet laws are constantly being debated upon because there is a concept in which is largely at hand that has to deal with privacy. No one wants to see their freedom of privacy to be jeopardized because of Internet laws. Most people already feel that being on the Internet is no longer as much as a private activity as it seemingly used to be. So they do not want the new Internet laws to take away even more freedom that they feel that they are barely subject to.

2. The Internet laws have yet to be finalized because many in the government find it a little difficult to keep up with the advances that are made in terms of the resource. It is hard for them to come up with even a single Internet law because they do not want to risk the possibility that one can get around that Internet law and still commit forbidden activity. It is quite hard to develop a new Internet law when there are other elements and harmful practices that seem to arise so frequently. Nevertheless, as we continue to have these conversations about Internet laws, we come closer to devising solid Internet legal policies.
